It has a good and beautiful location right next to a ferry port. The hotel rooms are reasonably spacious with AC, views over the Nile and a shared bathroom. Every time in Aswan we stay in this venue.

We had a fantastic stay at a traditional Nubian house in Aswan. the architecture of the house was beautiful, with a big terrace that offered a stunning view of the Nile. It was a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, surrounded by nature and the charm of the Nubian village. the rooms and bathroom were spacious and exceptionally clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. the staff were kind and helpful, and the authentic and delicious food made our experience even more enjoyable. It truly felt like a home away from home. Cons: All good 😊.

The room was huge and had a comfortable bed. The internet was excellent. The location is near el hawa mountain, the airport, and the island garden. It's also close to the ferry that takes you across to the other side of town.

The dinner prepared by the host, Habib, was absolutely delicious, and it was a treat to have it cooked for me most nights. The spacious rooms were a delight, and I particularly enjoyed the jacuzzi bath after a long day of exploring. The hotel's proximity to the Tombs was also a major plus. I highly recommend Nubian Holiday House for a stay in Aswan. I had a wonderful time and would definitely visit again.

I had the most amazing stay at the Nubian Holiday House in Aswan. The location was perfect, situated in a serene Nubian village with breathtaking views of the Nile. The owner, Habibi, went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and even arranged all my tours and transportation at a great price. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The highlight of my stay was the three-day felucca trip to Kom Ombo, it was like camping but with a touch of luxury. I highly recommend this hotel for an authentic and peaceful experience in Aswan.

Charming and helpful staff, quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The surrounding area is great and the ferry ride is a unique experience. The large and comfortable rooms, as well as the bathrooms and common areas are very clean and have all the necessary amenities.

Breakfast could use some improvement, although enjoying it on the terrace was a very pleasant experience. there weren't many options for eating nearby, so planning ahead is necessary.
